City Desperate to Sell more players

Mon Feb 02, 2015 1:20 pm

What Slade says in my strong opinion and what I am being told is just a smoke screen, City do want to sell, sell sell if they can.

Kenwyne Jones they are desperate to sell, but his wages of £37,500 a week plus match appearances/goals are the problem.

For those who have gone off Craig Noone,he is for sale,if City can get their money back?

I understand that usually that's how it works. But offer a new deal - most likely with a pay rise, then sell 9 weeks later!?

Madness by the club imo if that's true!!

I believe Jones was dropped on Saturday to piss him off.

Annis, if we lose Jones then we are in big trouble.

I know he has high wages, and is lazy a lot of and the time but he's our only goalscorer.

I think selling Marshall when we have a ready made replacement makes sense. No doubt he is a big earner.

Noone I think will do well once again when have a manager in place so id keep him.

Jones at near 40k a week I understand replacing but when his contract finishes at the end of the season id keep him.

No they won't, but you can bet they've worked out a certain number of around 11k season tickets that will break even based on the shite dishing up the football!

People keep forgetting this is a very clever business man who knows every trick in the book whne ity comes to businesses, how to dismantle and how to make money.

He's taking one of his risks, but with no care of attention to the supporters. We rejected his ideas, no one has the balls to do that in his companies, or you are out. Here, he gets back how he only knows how - alienating those who don't follow him!

Anyone who thinks different is as loopy as the management we have!

on another note lots clubs do it so why is it madness? Bony removed triger clause in his contract when renued recently, result hes gone for less than would have with clause in? Why do people insist everything we do is stupid mad or any other words usable? If thats so it makes all other clubs same mmmmm but guess its ccfc club the club its fans love to deride ::

Allan, I agree with you,a lot of clubs put players on new contracts to then sell them within months for a higher transfer fee :thumbright:

But I understand why No one trusts Cardiff City's Owner/board anymore.
