Ive just got home and I have been told Russell Slade had dropped Declan John to the Under 21's squad to train and kept him away from the first team,thank fully John is now back with the first team. I know for a fact like Mat Daehli,Declan John is another good sportsman with total Respect for his Superiors,I am wondering whats behind all this once again?

My point is how many players has Slade tried to upset since his arrival? lets be honest on this,the team/squad dont look like they are playing for him and on many occasions I have heard he has lost the dressing room.

Also Slade has decided now to keep all the Under 21's team away from the first team in training,whats this all about?

Declan John needs to be playing more & having more faith shown in him. He always gives 100% not like some of our undroppables.
Slade's management of some of our players & ex players has been farcical, couple this with Young's handling of Guerra & Kimbo and we have some answers to why the team is at such a low ebb.

I'm not much of a fan of John but the way slade treats him is a little odd, first fabio was first choice left back, then connolly came in, then John came from no where to first choice, then he signed Malone.

If we are making huge cut back you would think he would want to keep the youth players close.

He is not a flat back 4 full back though.....

Again like Fabio- in our midfield I believe he would be a better option than our current 2.

Slade has got to get 5 wins from somewhere, but he has lost the "older heads". Comes in slags of the preparation and fitness. These are bloody experienced professional sportsmen !!!!!!

I remember an interview with Bellers about the mentality of the players at the top end, insular and self centred, because you need to be to survive. Slades lack of experience with millionaire footballers is showing.... They are not league 1 & 2 journey men on "good" salaries for normal folk, they are "special". I would love to know what Jones, Whitts, marshall, gunnar, Noone really think of him

I agree with the under 21 s not training with the 1st as ,the 1st need a lot of 1 to 1,training going on what's happening recently

He has lost the dressing, you can see that all of our players apart from the clowns signings are playing with no heart or passion.

The U21's are the next generation, of course they should be coached along the same lines and have integration.

I am very disapointed hearing this and am not impressed, but there is one positive thing that comes out of this and that is just proving to everyone how clueless Russel Slade really is.

The whole hierarchy within the club is to blame.

Surely, Dalman is the issue as well? bringing in OGS and Slade.

The strong foundations within the club are being destroyed from top to bottom. Promises have been broken e.g. no debt to equity, no new training ground, the future of our academy, financial stability etc.

The only success we had within the hierarchy within the last 6 years was when we had someone with good football or sporting knowledge within the club hierarchy. e.g. Gethin Jenkins when hiring Malky Mackay at the time. The type of candidates who were interviewed at the time showed what was required e.g. Chris Hughton and Di Matteo.

We have Dalman and co at the helm and trying to recruit managers who have no championship or higher level experience to lower league level or foreign experience only.

We may have had our colours back, but this could be our short term success for us fans, I am starting to worry about our very future of our club.

I am very disapointed hearing this and am not impressed, but there is one positive thing that comes out of this and that is just proving to everyone how clueless Russel Slade really is.

Don't worry I think Declan will be around a lot longer after Slade has gone Annaise
