Young and Gabbidon need bombing out quick as well.
Slade is well out of his depth, that's a fact which we've known since his name was touted. But he was never going to stand a chance without a trusted deputy or two, those second in commands who assist through training and games to see the errors, the issues and help explain where things can be put right.
There are certain players who seem to have a divine right to a starting place but who are so woeful it can only be the Young affect otherwise we really do have a manager who is not in charge of anything.
Are the players happy with training, speak to them, you'll hear first hand!!
Anyway, back to matters in hand. Why has an owner who uses us as a plaything brought in such a poor manager (on advice from numerous people apprently). You can see a conspiracy theory that you can have your blue back but I'll make you pay - he is that type of man/businesman.
And before you say he'll lose money, it's pennies to him, he'll still be able to recoup a fair whack but you watch his smile the day he leaves and we are nowhere near the Premiership or Championship.
Tan has a master plan, comes at a price to him but massively to us but it's becoming more obvious day-by-day why we have shite mangement and coaching.
You best get money on city going down quickly, they were 40/1 last saturday, 20/1 yesterday morning and now 11/1 with some bookies!!!

Is Gabbidon part of the first team coaching staff?
News to me.
I thought his contract was as a player with some youth informal training role with younger defenders.
After the temporary cover role with Young ended there is no mention of Gabbs as a first team coach on the club website - although there are 13 people named (with thumbnail profiles) in the management team.
I think he is basically a (crocked for now) CB on a one year contract doing something similar to Bellars with the kids.
I don't disagree with you about Slade and Young.
