New manager-Paul Tidsale

Paul Tidsdale of Exeter would be my choice. Brought them back into football league playing good football. Brings kids through. Wouldn't cost much either. Far better than hoof ball Slade.

Had no money but got them from conference to div 2 play offs and got great youth policy. Far better then slade but then my 4 year old son could do better.

We need a progressive manager. Was monk a proven premier league manager? Was the boro manager proven at champ level? We need someone who can coach and motivate.

Null point. Monk was promoted from within and had spent his entire time at Swansea playing under those evolving philosophies of Martinez, Sousa, Rodgers and Laudrup. Its daft to even compare them sorry. Monk was a good choice because he was a student of that setup. We haven't got anyone who has been a long term student of any sort of philosophy because we haven't had one.
