Slade or Young or whoever is actualling making the decisions is useless beyond believe. Slade just stands there motionless on the touchline while Young and the other coaches seem to direct the traffic (badly) in the background - I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see who actualling is making decisiona and managing the team at the moment
