why does the team seem to have no motivation

as a squad we have some on paper quality,so why does it feel that the squad are under achieving..

The manager, I'd feel the same. Must be horrible to go out every game know your going to be chasing shadows in midfield and totally overrun, as a striker knowing your only service is a long ball or throw in and defence knowing they have next to no protection from midfield.

Give a decent player like Manga a bit longer here with no improvement in team play & he'll be looking to get out.

Players on 10-40k a week should be able to motivate themselves no matter what you or they think of the fans or the regime.
They are in an incredibly privileged position they get to play football for a living and get paid handsomely.

Money detaches them from emotions ??????
