didn t Slade say he was looking for creativity

In the middle of the park...I know Okeefe is a battler and not renowned as a playmaker...so he is looking for a striker and
a winger ...but who is going to create for them.. whitts isn t exactly setting the team alight at the moment ?

He is having a laugh. I know the club wanted to out all of our creative/quality players but Slade did not play them when they were here. He only has one style - hoofball and hope it falls in the right place.

Daehli and Ravel Morrison did not get a look in.

I don't think there is anything wrong with route one football if it's a means to an end in getting results. Hey look at Pulis's Stoke City when they got promoted, or teams under Alledyce but the fundamental difference between these teams is/was that they were hard to play against and hard to beat. We're sure as hell not either of those things.

The amount of time we allow teams in the middle of the park beggars belief, you've only got to look at our possession stats! we've got no bite, the defence has no protection in front of it so when they're hoofing the ball upfront if Kenwyne can't hold it it's coming straight back at them. I dont see that changing anytime soon as we're dismantling the team. In Brayford and Fabio I still believe we had some of the best wing backs in the Championship but what does it tell you when Brayford is happy to take a pay cut and drop a division to get away from the club?

We had creativity in Daehli. young and had plenty of running. Needed work on his end ball but was a real prospect now we have who/what? Love Gunner and Whitts but they're not the future and they're not game changers not unless you're using long throws and corners to win games......oh sorry we are!
