Alex Revell, Scott Malone, Stuart O'Keefe and Lee Peltier look like they will all be in the match day 18.

Personally don't think they're much of an improvement, if any, to the squad we had at the start of the month.

I agree Ned, not an improvement but if they give their all and play with passion for 90+ minutes then I'll be happy with that.

Slade is the problem, not the players.

I'm concerned. We've got no real captain and we desperately need a mobile striker or goalscoring number 10.

Until slade changes tactics and formation to change the way we play we will continue to play the same

Revell seems a decent player. jury out at the moment, but the real problem is Slade and his tactics, would love him to prove me wrong, but unless he starts winning then he is out, he has done the dirty work for Tan so he could be next

I am underwhelmed by all 4 signings. Not that it makes any difference, if Slade managed Barcelona or Real Madrid he would still have them playing kick and rush.

Same here, but the players we had haven't been doing it so now's slades chance to prove he can get his new players to perform. I still think well loose and concede 2/3 goals.

I think we have to give the players a chance. I believe the 2 new fullbacks are just that - there to defend, and O'Keefe might bring some bite and energy to the midfield which we all know is sadly lacking. Time will tell.

I love how everyone seems to be writing our new signings off before seeing them play. Everyone was negative about Revell and he's surprised most of you. Let's all slag Slade off, although the players he's inherited are letting us down and his cheap signings at the fraction of the cost of Ole's gutless, expensive flops have improved our squad! Only Cardiff fans can be so unreasonable!

Rav and Mal have looked ok, solid. Its the tactics that are the problem. I mean, if Rav is flicking on headers and holding the ball up and no one helps him, it doesnt make him shit. Just the manager

I don't mind us buying players who aren't stand out names , you can buy lower league players which have fight in them and you will be more succesfull than bigger named players sometimes

It's a team game , Peterborough were an example when they came for on league 2 to championship they signed all conference players who had fight , not saying that's what we should do but definatly find decent players with fight as will give their all

Kick and rush would be OK if there was some kick and just a bit more rush ,its all so lathargic ( big word c Mon )

I think they have a point to prove, and at least should be hungry and wanting to prove a point to past managers/teams.

Never going to possess the greatest football talent but might actually give us a bit of snap and hunger that we have lacked. Sprinkle a player who can have ball retention and we should be back on the up i hope.

It really depends on O'Keefe if he is able to control midfield then the defence should tighten itself up and hopefully we can push on.

looking foreward with a bit more optimism for Saturdays game
peltier and mallone should tighten us up down our flanks,
manga back should keep us more composed at the back
o keefe to give us a bit of bite and energy in the middle
now if slade could just get rid of whitts from the club and find a cheaper replacement ,and one new striker to play up top alongside revelle or jones .that would be it for me

Maybe yes, they are his players, there might be a clarity and motivation factor.

Shades focus has been too much on cost-cutting, now he can focus on football.

We wanted our blue & badge back and we got it andd unlike malky slade actually stood up for the fans and realised the biggest problem and found a solution to that.

The transfer window is close to an end and we cannot do anything about transfers now.

They only thing we can do is support the team in blue and be hopeful of building next season because the way I look at it is we don't have a promotional squad we have a survival squad and if we want to survive then lets support the bluebirds through thick & Thin
