Matt Jarvis wanted by Cardiff after falling out of favour at Upton Park
Cardiff have made an approach to West Ham for winger Matt Jarvis.
It is understood that West Ham would be prepared to allow Jarvis to leave the club if they were to get the right offer.
The winger has also been a target for West Brom boss Tony Pulis.
