Here's a crazy, crazy plan; how about we finally get behind the team and manager? The squad Slade inherited was nowhere near as good as people made it out to be and his is, quite rightly, getting rid of the mediocre players who were only turning up to get paid. Give Slade a chance to bring decent player, who want to play for the shirt and be part of Cardiff City, and we'll see a completely different attitude.

Currently the team is showing more bottle and fight than the days when Ole was here, but with the signings we've seen from Slade over the last few weeks (Revell, Malone and Peltier) it seems that he's addressing the need for battlers and player who will run themselves into the ground - if Salde's allowed to do his thing then we'll have a team that will run through walls for the Bluebird, as opposed to a group of players who were here at a time when the fans wouldn't even play for the shirt (because it was a horrible red).

The jury's still out on Slade and whether he's clueless as a manager, but a lot of people seem to be saying it purely because they've heard other people say it. Again, I think we should wait 'till he's been able to assemble a squad of his own before we judge him (people allowed Ole two transfer windows for some reason, yet Slade gets half a January).

Moocow is saying what a lot are...do you honestly think Slade has a clue about what he is doing..i have watched city since 1967 and he is one of the most clueless managers I have seen.

After every game he says the same thing..we only played for 45 minutes...He obviously can t motivate them. There is no style of play ...people played out of position.

When we were playing under Ole we were playing shit (as we are now) BUT now we aren't pulling out of 50/50 challenges, leaving balls to roll away when they are (literally) a meter away and moving slowly.

Yes I agree Slade has got tactics wrong (and seems to have acknowledged that after the Reading game) BUT he has raised fitness levels and there are a LOT more guts and a lot fewer glory hunters among the squad now.

His signings of Ravell and Malone were both Excellent in my opinion, with a high work rate and some great skill on both parts.

People were on Slade's back before he even got here. Still on his back when he was winning games and are still on his back now. He's not even have a full transfer window to try and bring in his own players AND he does not have his own backroom staff and is stuck with Young and the rabble.

Yes things need to change, but why the hell do we have to get all "run the monster out of town" with EVERYTHING at this club.
