Nope you have not missed a thing its the fact we are getting rid of players that is the core of the debt to start with, the club cannot win one minute people on the forums are bitching over the red and debt then we go blue and try controll the debt and people still moan

No need to be offensive - it's just time for passionate football people to really be involved in the club - we're not blind or stupid - We can see what's going on and it's not good at present - will it improve and change for the best I doubt it - I would loved to be proved wrong but can't see it

Yes Tan has got a fair few things wrong in his time here (we can all see that) however we ALL knew the return to Blue would see a lot of cost cutting occur

AND to be honest, the high profile earners who have been here raking in the cash, have done sod all for the club in the last year. The new cheaper signings are showing more balls than the lot of them.

We always knew there would be a cost cutting, and to be honest, if it was my money, I'd probably be sayingt he same things... start saving.

But no... you complain when we have debt and you complain when we try to control that debt.

I for one want to know why we've not managed to pay off our debt entirely and simultaneously signed ronaldo, bale, messi, aguero and bony...

The initial post just about sums up the mentality of a number of our so called supporters who by alienating Tan have caused the terminal decline of our club. And to think, Annis, in responding, had a chance to distance himself from such comments. Still no doubt he and Branson will be putting in similar efforts to saving us from oblivion as they did in getting the blue shirts back. But I am not holding my breath.

If he does read board, he will see what a lot of spoilt fans we have attracted. He is doing what should of been done when we got relegated, addressing the loss, the season we got promoted so much money was spent on average players, then it continued in the summer. We cannot go on with the debt spiraling out of control, does Tan need to explain the obvious to us ? No he doesn't, does he need to address the nan he has in place to run our football team, yes he does.

I dont undertand what your getting at.

Cost cutting had been going on before the change of colour, we would still be cost cutting in red.

I fully support teh club and Tan making us self suficent. Lots were moaning about the debt before, he cant win.

Well if that is the case perhaps people can make the effort to be polite to them and stop the childish insults.

I also hope they read this and give some thought to it.

Also I would be interested to see what the company has with regards to Business Strategy:

1- Mission
2- Vision Statement
3- Objectives
4- Management Team and objectives per each member

Who negotiates the commercial contracts?
What is the delegation of authority?

If Mr. Dalman has an M&A background he will know that having a Single Shareholder making all the decisions is not ideal. Even if this is the case, there at least sound be some kind of Steering Committee making proposals to that the primary Shareholder..

So Mr. Dalman why not bring in an International Contracts Specialist or Commercial Operations Expert, who has experience of negotiating commercial operations and working with Third Party Agents. Professionalise the whole contracts area. Bring this experience in house, at the end of the day contracts are contracts.

Personally I don't believe in the concept of Director of Football. Bring in the Contracts in house to someone who is going to stay long term at the club, someone who can negotiate and is skilled in big negotiations and implementing change. You don't want someone negotiating with agents who is represented by the agent, that gives a conflict of interest.

Yeh f**k you vincent tan for trying to balance the books and making us a self sufficient club and live to our means in the championship, f**k you tan for not spending millions and making our debt keeping to increase.

Well annis if they do read the forum, they will know that you are pleased that vincent tan is reducing the debts of the club since you have been the first to moan at the clubs debts increasing.

christ i forgot i wrote this i was actually still drunk from the night before and it is indeed a childish rant BUT i still want Tan to go .... i think he see`s us as an irritation now so i think its best for him to just get what he can get and indeed f**k OFF ... he took a gamble with football like i have with some ex girlfriends. I have walked away from thousands of pounds and believe me i need the money unlike Tan who as billions .... he`s already made a fool of himself in the british press the same as me posting this the other day. I dont care if we drop down a division or two now if it means we can become a proper football club again, than see an owner who cares very little if anything at all about cardiff city. Anyway this is my final post on this or any other messageboard. I`m off to join the army

Thats what he's doing and I'm glad also. It was always going to happen if he didn't convert as promised years ago

Im happy to see us now living within our means. Ok I know its a shame we havent got a better manager buts thats life at the moment. What fans need to realise we are not a big club, there is no potential. We are historically a 2nd and 3rd tier team and thats where we will remain.

He is doing it right now Lee. But and a big but he has the wrong manager in and Tan is to involved in the team. Under Slade and the interference of Vinny we are heading in a downward spiral. If he bought in the right manager and left alone I feel we would be heading in the right direction. At the moment we are heading for oblivion.
