That one of the super powers like Real Madrid, Barcelona or Bayern Munich come in for Slade and Scott Young to lead them to European glory. 
Poor Cardiff City can then be left to appoint an average manager that will not get chased by a mega club. Someone like Chris Hughton, Tim Sherwood,Neil Lennon etc. you get the message. Experienced Managers that were available to be appointed and would gave certainly done a better job than the dire football that we are seeing week in week out. Not a one off but EVERY game. The only thing the manager says " I didn't see it coming".
