But look at the money he's saving on salaries, Tan will give him a bonus. :sunny:

Tan is very naive about football and has been badly advised and trusted people

He trusted Malky with a big premiership budget ...... millions wasted

He trusted Dalman to get the right people in to take the club forward

Ole was a disastrous appointment ...... millions wasted

Slade's appointment is down to Glen Roeder , Tan never heard of Slade at all

Slade's remit is to offload big big wage players and get the finances under control

Slade's football nous and inexperience of higher level is very evident

Quite simply the players have no respect for the manager and coaches at the club

You need a strong manager and experienced backroom staff to turn our current situation around ..... we do'nt have them

Dire football on show in a dire set up

You forgot to mention that due to Russell Slades obvious management limitations at Championship level, resulting in dross football being played, thousands of season ticket holders not renewing next season,,,,,,,millions wasted!

We need someone with managerial experience at this level now , I'm all for cost cutting if it means us being run properly but we can still be competitive and run properly (look at Brentford , Bournemouth ).

Malky did a brillant job the first season with the money he spent from the championship to the premier league.
The rest of your post i agree with - including MM money spent in the premier league .

Agree. Think Warnock can bring us back to premier league. But he will probs get sacked half way through the premier league.

I really dont think we are in as bad a position as people are making out.

This season is a write off now. Time to build for the next.

Great question, after everything that has gone on lately at the club, this subject has been forgotten about. Why on earth they wanted to expand is bonkers

And I wonder who advised Tan to listen to Roeder?

Like most of us he probably thought we would go straight back up

Re: TAN 's Management Appointment has Failed

But Tan's MANAGEMENT appointment hasn't failed (as long as we are still in the championship)

His remit wasn't to play great football, it was to slash the wage bill- He has

Ole's monstrous squad didn't have an 11 in there capable of getting us promoted, Tan soon sussed this and threw the axe.

Slade has demonstrated a ruthlessness that Ole didn't have, but little tactical nous.

Ole tied himself up in knots with the football ideas he had. Slade as a DoF and a young & enthusiastic first team coach would be a good choice for us going forward.......
