Just need someone who players respect and will not throw the towel in after conceding one. I don't for one minute think that these players have the respect or want to win for a proven Div 1 manager.Pulis proves the point time after time. Organisation and fight for the badge.

If malky can build a squad from 10 players in one summer and get to a cup final and play offs in that season, we should only need this summer with a decent manager to have a clear out and to start making a push again.

I can't see why people think tan will sack slade,slade is on a poor salary,and he is basically carrying out orders?,tan is getting high earnings off the wage bill and replacing them with cheaper options,does anyone actually think tan is bothered about the quality of football being offered?

Tan hasn't been all season and suddenly he's coming. He's here to see the mess Slade has turned this club into.
