If Slade was to go now or some time soon (imo I don't think he will go mind) who would you want in ?

Bellamy has said in the past he wouldn't want it, so thats a no.

Some have mentioned Hoddle in the past, but I can't see that working.

Excellent people manager experience with working with academy players and also high profile demanding players not that we will have many left !!

Give him time think he would build an excellent footballing team of youth and experience and help run the footballinv side on a sensible budget

And we're paying Slade £125,000 a year apparently and the club is cost cutting so the salary wouldn't appeal to Sherwood or a multitude of decent managers who could take us forward.
Slade is doing what Tan wants and that's to get rid of the high earners so until that job is complete we're stuck with him unfortunately.

Exactly, we should be realistic who will want the job on close-to the least lucrative wage in the division

Another yes man that's all tan will want and get and the only reason slades here imo. We are cost cutting big time so we can name whoever we fancy but tan wouldn't have it or a manger who won't do things his way.
