Excelsior industrial estate, Llandaff

Does anyone know what's the deal with car parking here?
Or if there is anywhere else in the area I can park all day free/cheap? Must be walking distance to Cardiff met llandaff

people park in wickes all day, then park by the bingo hall the next. nobody knows if you are in bingo or not. lol.wickes reckon they cant do nothing about it as its students,they do it why cant you?

So there's no time limits or anything?

Loads of students park on the Gabalfa estate and walk up Western Ave
