A Plea to Dalmet, Choo and Vincent Tan.

A year ago we sat just around the relegation zone in the Premiership. We are now not too far from relegation to League One.

Russel like Ole before him is a really nice person but is Tactically and Motivationally out of his depth. We have been outplayed in every game this season and overrun in midfield. We have ousted any talented player who can provide the spark needed to unlock defences and provide little or no service to our strikers. Watching Conway and Guestede today shows why we need to be giving players like Daehli more time and encouragement to succeed.

We need a Manager in who knows this level who can get the best out of our remaining players because at the moment the PRODUCT your giving us is dire, boring and predictably rubbish and VERY easy to play against!!!! It feels too often like Custers Last Stand and we all know how that ended. We need to be Thrilled and Excited at games but alas that has not happened at all for too long.

Russel like Ole before him have unfortunately been a disaster for the club, We understand that wages have to be reduced and the books need to balance or we could fall foul of the Financial Fair play rules but we need you to be even braver than the decision to return us to blue and stop the rot today.
