probably need to give slade a chance now..there will be no more big signings, so this club is going to need players who fight for the shirt, and have plenty of spirit.. its going to be like the ole days..now we will see who are the real fans, .. as for me. just glad to be back in blue and as long as every player gives 100%, then im smiling..

True but the plastics tag is a tad boring now and overused. All clubs have different fans and also fans who commit less than others. I am a st holder myself but I don't disregard fans who don't commit as much as others and it doesn't make them any less a fan. I do about 6 or 7 aways, does that mean I am less a fan than those who to 20? I don't think so.

I've been watching the city since 1970 and am wholeheartedly fed up of the crap we are playing under Slade which was rightfully described as lower league by Darren Huckerby after the Norwich game. I'm an ST as are two of my sons, but I'm not going today because its bad enough watching the games I've already paid for at the moment, let alone paying for extra punishment - I rate this as some of the worst football I have ever had the misfortune to watch. So under your diagnosis I am a plastic who has watched mostly dross home and away for the past 45 years - I wonder how many years you've been going to make such a generalisation of city fans, perhaps you'd care to share that with everyone?
