Although we I've had debates in the past wez and I love a good moan on here but I agree with you on this one. It's amazing when I see some posters three weeks ago wanting tan out now crying because we are trying to cut our cloth as a club for tan to sell on I assume to me that's a good thing.

Yep its rather bizzare imo. I'm just glad we back blue and trying to balance the books it seems, we have tryed the tossing money at it already and we are back where we been for years before. As long as we got a team of players playing for the shirt and club for 90minutes giving it all it wouldn't bother me who goes and comes in no matter what they cost. Some fans want 5million pound signings and then moan how much debt we are in another thread

I used to shop in Sainsbury's now I shop in Aldi's.(TBH the quality's not as good) but you get what you pay for.
We all cut costs in all walks of life (to keep out of the red).

And queuing. We're good at that!!

you are right tho Wez. It seems like just another excuse not to renew. The last excuse got taken away from them. I will be extatic the day this club make a genuine profit in a season. We'll still be in the championship. We'll still be blue. We'll still have a state of the art stadium. And maybe our academy will have provided a new ledley or Ramsey that we can sing about!

Only took two wks for people to find something to find reason for not renuing! Apparently most wanted tan to stay because he changed back to blue? But now tides turning again because people dont like what is happening even though for over 2yrs there's been constant moans over our debt, we really cannot have cake and eat it can we?

Worry Annis I don't think it's just wez that feels that way a lot of people do I do and lot of people I speak to say the same thing,when one battles won another is looked for some of our fans are never happy and I do attend games home and away and have been fan for over fifty years and as you keep saying everyone is entitled to their opinion just because we differ doesn't make us bad fans.

Just fed up of it Allan, the rebrand and debt moaners are now making exscuses about not renewing ,I just wonder if they will ever be happy and if they are real supporters ,over the past 25 years I've supported the club most of the time the football has been garbage but you go cause its our hometown club ,I thought the rebrand being reversed would unite the fan base but only after two weeks looks Like there is a different agenda to some

I think it's just dawned on a lot of supporters that changing to blue doesn't mean we are suddenly going to be shooting up the league table. The shirt was just one of a lot of problems at the club, and we are still going to be left watching a losing team playing div 2 style football, but in a blue shirt. Fans need to get used to the idea that the success we had for a few years is gone, and normal service is now resumed. You can still get exciting games in the lower divisions even if the quality is not the same, and I think that's where we are heading.

Playing in BLUE, not splashing out money everywhere, cutting huge squad, ticket prices being addressed.

Nothing wrong there. Ok, so Slade isn't everyones cup of tea, but I still think mid-table will be the least result this year.
