Outstanding. Having watched the City since 1968, Peter Whittingham is one of the very best. He's a soft target these days, but one day Whitts will get the recognition he deserves. One of us. He 'gets' CCFC.

Modern Day Cardiff City Legend... Takes a lot of stick from our fans, but 8 years, going on to 10 with his contract is something to be proud of in modern football.

instead of being pricks why not celebrate having such a quality player and such in demand player be so loyal to us.
This "we deserve better" mentality is exactly why this club hasn't achieved much. Any other club he'd be near universally revered yet this thread is filled with chumps.
He says in that vid how he's been played out of position for a time period and that's effected his game. Still the most assists this season too.

Didn't mean this thread just meant generally my bad. He's given far too much abuse for not being Roy Keane basically.

I've not seen anybody abusing him. I just think he's been a weak link in our midfield recently and we desperately need to strengthen that area
