If we get dragged into it, most of these players do not have the fight to get us out of it

Three teams go down and there are easily three teams worse than CCFC this year. Blackpool are doomed, Millwall and Leeds look shyte. The racists northern pub team aren't setting the world alight either.
Just accept mid table gracefully this year and let whoever is the manager rebuild. You're back in blue so what more could you want at this moment in time.

I actually agree with you on this one. There is no way that the team is worse than all the others in this division. "No team is too good to go down" I've often heard quoted. In theory, fine but Cqrdiff are and have been a comfortable Championship team for many years. The experience of being in PL hurt but that doesn't make it a 3rd tier club all of a sudden.
Many on this board were saying they'd be happy playing in League 1 if it was in Blue but truthfully, some still harbour thoughts that the team should be in the PL just because of the big stadium and huge potential fan base. Patience and careful teambuilding are needed, not quick fixes or doom and gloom merchants spouting relegation every time a win eludes.
Enjoy it I say.

Just because I'm a jack doesn't mean you can't agree with me. I'm going to be as right or wrong as any other football fan. Sometimes I'm way off the mark because I'm biased or ignorant and sometimes I'm right because I might know what I'm talking about![]()
Indeed no team is too big to go down but that points cushion and the existence of some pretty poor teams below you are going to be pretty important factors in whether Cardiff stay up this year. It would take a f**k up of Cardiff sized proportions in all honesty![]()
Many fans would have taken League 1 or even League 2 to get the blue back. You have it in the Championship!!! I'd call that a result if i was willing to take relegation and a huge financial smack to get the colour back.
The best thing you lot can do is consolidate and look for stable growth. Try to come back strong without spunking millions. If Bournemouth and Ipswich can do it then it can be done by any club that gives a manager time and faith.
