I have to totally agree here,Kadeem cant do it alone and if Slade does not work to Kadeems strengths ASAP,Kadeem will become another wasted talent.

Kadeem Harris was one of very few players who looked like he could muster a little bit of magic in Cardiff’s attack without relying on looking for a ball into the box.

He has that raw confidence that can prove difficult for defenders to judge what he might do and, in a side that is quite simplistic in their forward play, such skills and speed of feet can prove a crucial difference.

Yet he seemed wasted being pushed so far on next to Alex Revell, often finding himself in the same space of the similar Craig Noone, with neither getting any benefit from it.

With Middlesbrough utlising the width well through overlapping full-backs, perhaps pushing Harris wide might have asked a few more questions.

You would expect a good manager to see this. Slade is not, but then all Tan got him in for was to ship out the night earners and replace them with cheaper versions. I don't think he cares too much how well he then actually manages the team. Basically he has employed a hatchet man.

RS set up a midfield diamond playing narrow leaving acres of space down the flanks allowing Borough to attack at will against completely exposed fullbacks.

Result defeat - again. How much longer before VT realises his decision to appoint Slade is on a par with his re-brand.

A disaster.

Unfortunately I don't think Slade is going anywhere. He is Tan's YES man.

To be honest he shouldn't need to Ignite them, we are talking about professional athletes and it should be inbred in them that we must win ,we are going to win, and I will drop before I give up.

Kadeem has been a breath of fresh air another few goals from him and his confidence will be electric
