Past signings and value for money

Many are getting carried away by our current signings and their value.
I would like to state I do not believe slade is the long term answer and is here to steady the ship.
At the moment t appears he is failing!

Add a few more for a million here and there and we can have a strong side, just don't think slade can spot the young talent.
