I really don't like to see anyone scwerm like that, it's just not nice and I suppose you have to feel a bit sorry for him.

I can't understand some of his decisions though and i honestly think we are in real trouble.

I've said it right from the day he was sacked but we should have stuck with Ole. I know lots on here say he was useless but he was never really given a chance. I think in comparison Slades already had more rope than Ole really did.

Should have had his P45 long time ago. A poor manager for a club like Cardiff City.

Feel a bit sorry for him, come into a club in turmoil, no help from owner, and to a large contingent of our fans who don't know what it's like to be struggling and not winning.

I think Ole will be a great coach but piss poor manager...... Our strategy was to go for it to get back to the premier league, the capitulation and total bewilderment with Ole's selections and recruitment told Tan he had been sold a pup. When tan told him to cut back he couldn't tell the players they were not needed......

He needs to work with a sympathetic DoF, someone like jenkins down the road, who will control the business side of things and only allow Ole an input into recruitment. I think as a football mind he needs to stop out thinking himself....
