I AM NOT SURE WHAT EVERYONE EXPECTED?

OK, I only listened on the radio, but it seemed it was an improved performance - and more importantly Boro are no mugs, I think they will win the league................and for those asking for Dave Jones to come back, you seriously are deluded. And no I do not think Slade is the answer either. I haven't got the answer but it ain't that loser Jones - bottler and no passion, complete opposite of a Cardiff fan

First half everyone there last night said we were looking good, a lot better with some saying we can have this one.

My fear was I felt Boro had a few more gears to go up to and they showed that for 10 minutes of the second half.

Agree with everything you say above. We've got our blue back and Slade (I'm not sure about him either) is at least bringing in players who have a good work ethic. By the start of next season we should have a team full of hard working runners/tacklers which is a lot more preferable to the bunch of overpaid lazy prima donnas he inherited. City fans are always moaning about something

I got this impression from the Radio as well. Everybody saying CArdiff were looking good.

At least an hour of good play before the first goal came against us and heads dropped a little and we gave in a second... then after that stepped up after we got a goal back and it seemed quite tense.

The first hour everybody was saying it could have gone either way

They as soon as a goal is scored "oh we're shit slade out"

Any game away from home will be tough in this league we need to start winning our home games again and picking up points away from home
