Im willing to give tan a chance now because he turned us back blue but what is needed is more consultation with fans. Slade needs to go tho.

While I thought Daehli was an excellent player, if he doesn't fit with Slade's target squad then he needs to go.

It's not working right now, I agree. But changes ARE coming, our play is getting more solid and even though the last two games have let in scrappy goals we ARE still improving and the lads are putting in more effort.

With his last two signings playing some excellent football and showing a 100% work rate, I am looking forward to seeing what he can do with more time. I'm not saying he'll be the best manager we've ever had at all... but I am one of those willing to give him time and let him build HIS squad

Tan appointed Slade and there's no way he's going to get rid of him unless we get stuck in the bottom three. Tan is cutting investment massively and Noddy suits this plan. Ole did collect players like a kid with stickers and,let's not forget hardly ever played some of his own signings like Guerra and Burgstaller. The next few signings are crucial, especially the midfielder we are supposed to be after. We need a leader...pity we can't get Darren Fletcher!

A decent manager would make the most from what he's got or at least adapt to play to our strengths to the players we have, not play players out of position and leave more talented players out of the squad because he's stuck in his ways. Whitts can't play in a middle two! We have got a left winger in burgerstaller yet we play without one so were exposed on the flank. if were lucky enough to stay up this year and he stays we won't be anywhere near the play offs next year either. He's a lower league manager. We all gave him a fair chance but how long does it go on for? Maybe another one or two thrashings before you realise?

It needs to be more time than a couple of weeks into his first transfer window. This is what I don't like about football these days. everything is so fickle. Maybe I am just looking at the past favorably but it used to be that people were given longer than a few months

I know what your saying mate but I think people would be more tolerant if he was doing all the right things but things weren't quite coming off. That's not the case unfortunately as many can see he's trying to employ league one tactics and were out played and stuffed almost every game.

Just for the record mind I do not in any way agree with the OP about Slade out banners, the club will make that decision without us bringing even more negativity into the ground.
