FA Cup - Reading away end nearly sold out

Tue Jan 20, 2015 7:02 pm

They've already sold over 2,000 tickets for the FA Cup game on Saturday and are looking to increase their allocation, which is very unusual for them lot. So it looks like we'll need to up our game.

Home tickets aren't selling well and the Canton Stand is closed, so I think we need to improvise and form a singing section in 117 in the Ninian Stand if we want any chance of competing with the travelling support.

We can't compete with 400 away fans with 22k in the ccc let alone 12k in there and 2k away fans sat so it wouldnt make any difference imo.

Personally I think that's because our singing section is always on the other side of the stadium, with the Canton Stand closed we should take the opportunity to form a singing section next to the away end.
