I think he will be gone at or just before the end of the season, the results will mean Tan can't keep him even if he wanted too ....

tan wont sack him this yr he will give him the summer to bring ppl in and then by october time next season we will see where we are and if we aint looking good in the league we will move for a new manager imo,what this means tho is we will end up another yr in the championship and more parachute payments wasted
