firstly get off Russell slades back ,
its pretty obvious (to those with half a brain) that he is working to strict guidelines im sure he was aware of when he took the job .
those guidelines are to reduce the size of our squad and therefore reduce our wage bill and running costs
he will have been told which players tan would prefer gone and would probably have been allowed to choose some himself,
under those working conditions he is not doing a bad job as im sure tan will have asked him to keep us in the championship and anything better would of been a bonus ,tans pick would of been those on large wages (not nessaserally the largest)and those with playing and performance related bonuses ,the players he has trusted to the job have/are letting him down .
imo he should sell more of our over paid under achieving players ,I would take anything over 3 mill for marshall over 1 mill for Fabio ,over or near 1 mill for noone anything around 1 mill for whitts and what ever we could get for le fondre and macheda and kimbo and maynard hope fully that could reduce our debt by 8 mill , but more importantly reduce our wage bill by at a guess 170k a week less the wages of there replacements lets say 5 new players on 10 grand a week =50k a total saving of 120 k a week = 6 mill a year .
that's 14 mill in total with the 8 mill sales , plus what ever they have already reduced our costs by at a guess another 10 mill a year ,and that's at least 25 mill less of debt we will have and that will speed up tans objective of selling us, and that's what everyone seems to want

I am on an everything must go theory at the moment as well.
We need fresh legs. I can't remember when we last had genuine pace. This bloated over paid squad has failed miserably.
The promotion/relegation has taught me we have to be ruthless. If we ever got promoted again, you need to get 5 premier league players in early and don't rely on the team that got you there. But, there must be hunger in them. Conversely when you get relegated jettison everyone you can and start again with championship pro's and talented kids.

kenwynne is one that we would have trouble moving on due to his 37k a week wages
however I think his contract is up in the summer so he would go then
