I don't think it would work a second time, both Len Ashhurst & Frank Burrows are testimony to that fact. Besides, didn't VT ask DJ earlier in the season if he would consider doing a Dof job? I'm not sure DJ could work for VT again, under present conditions anyway.

anyone who knows what to do would be better than dear Russell....DJ fits the bill.

Think DJ went there with about eight to ten games to go. Charlton were runaway leaders, and the second place was between the two Sheffield clubs, with United a point ahead. Wednesday overtook them with two games to go, and held their nerve. 38k at Hillsborough for the last game, which Wednesday had to win. United started dropping points when Ched Evans was sent to jail, but that's another story.

this is a joke thread yeah? April the 1st issit? All the money DJ had and he couldnt get us promoted, Swansea & Blackpool done it with a third of his budget, the man also lost the dressing room and well I could mention something else too.

I would of got us promoted with the funds he had, and my managerial experience amounts to playing on playstation.........

Tony Pulis was the man we should of got, or Roy Keane in my view......Bellamy will manage Cardiff anyway in the not too disatant future, which is not a bad thing

DJ hasn't said anything good word about cardiff since he's left. The guy is a nob, there are better managers out there looking for jobs no point in running over old ground

no thanks. firstly his attitude towards the fans is antiquated, and football has moved on.

he had his chance and had more than enough time to get us up. since leaving he's been sacked for mediocre results at wednesday and been out of work since.
