Long balls and long throws.

Not when they care more about getting their paycheck than putting a real shift in.

The only Ole players today were Morrison Adeyemi and Le Fondre so I'm not sure you can put all the blame on Solskjaer's signings.

And Le Fondre should have been dropped ages ago but Russell keeps on picking him!

The thins is Slade hasn't really got much choice to replace the out of form players because he they have been moved on because of high wages or injuries and Ole really has unbalanced the squad.

Slade is the one who has moved them on! And without having given all the ones who've moved on any chance to stake a claim to be better than the ones Slade keeps picking.

How do we know that Guerra couldn't have done a better job than Le Fondre when Slade wouldn't pick him no matter how badly Le Fondre was playing?

I would suggest that Slade is the one who has unbalanced the squad by restricting the number of players he will choose from and by ensuring that the skilful players were not given any opportunity to prove their worth.

Unless of course you believe that Tan is influencing who Slade plays and who he doesn't play and if that's true what does that say about Slade?

SPOT ON. By the way i don't think the words "Russell Slade" and "tactics" should be used in the same sentence.
