They used to activate your card

Bought fa cup ticket on eticketing they used to activate your season ticket card for the game ,how come they sent ticket out instead anyone know

it dos seem strange - they did the same for the Colchester match.
Added expense for us when they post it, and pain on the night if you have to collect at a kiosk.

if they could do the card trick before...why not now ?

Bought to tickets for the fa cup game my wife wanted to come so she managed to get a seat right next to me .so I thought they actvated my card and send one ticket but they sent to tickets only thing I can think of is that they where both on my fan number my wife is not a St or a member so they couldn't actvated a card for her so they probably thought it was easier to send to tickets

I think in the past they activate your card even if you sit somewhere else.

It's daft as the paper ticket must cost something to print and the postage. Perhaps the club makes on the "admin fee" ?

I had same but it was because my seats weren't offered for sale for some reason so. Had to move to grandstand

I'm just buying on the day, saves the extra cost and will be super easy to get tickets.
