Sounds like he is wanting a few transfer windows.
This window sounds like he wants to stop the rot only. The summer window is where he will be able to build his team he wants. The following summer he will want to go for it.
We are going to have to be patient. However Slade does need to show improvement. So far he has got away with it due to other circumstances.
