Ravel Morrison has been cleared of all the assault charges against him!
What he pity his loan deal with is never really blossomed, he really looked a class act when he came on for his debut, against Sheffield Wednesday I think it was?
Looks like he's off to Italy now to play his football.

Premier League footballer Ravel Morrison has been cleared of all charges of assaulting his ex-girlfriend and her mother.
The 21-year-old, currently with West Ham United, was accused of hitting his ex Reah Mansoor, 19, and her mother, Parveen Mansoor, 39, after a night out at a nightclub in his home city of Manchester last July 24.
He was due to go on trial at Manchester Crown Court later this month but on Thursday the charges were dropped by the prosecution and Morrison, who was not in court, was found not guilty.

Ravel Morrison looks set to leave West Ham after failing to break into Sam Allardyce's first-team planS.

Guy Mathieson, prosecuting, told the court the charges had been withdrawn after Morrison's defence team recovered CCTV footage of the first alleged assault outside the One Central nightclub, in Manchester city centre.
It showed that Morrison had not hit his ex, as was alleged, and she had 'slumped' to the floor on her own.
The ex-girlfriend also withdrew her statement alleging Morrison later assaulted her outside her home when he dropped her off and there was 'reluctance' from her mother to proceed with the alleged assault on her.
All three charges of assault were withdrawn.
Morrison had also been initially accused of threatening to throw acid in the face of his ex and have her shot during a four-year period of harassment.

The 21-year-old walks away from court in November after having charges dropped against him

But at a hearing last November the harassment charge was also withdrawn by the prosecution and he was found not guilty on those charges.
Morrison is currently back with West Ham after a loan spell with Cardiff. He has been linked with a move to Italian side Lazio.
He was first arrested last August after it was alleged that, during a night out, he assaulted his ex and, after 'bundling' her into his Porsche Panamera car, took her home to her mother's house in Salford.
When they got back to the house, he is alleged to have assaulted Miss Mansoor again, as well as her mother.
But Mr Mathieson said Morrison's lawyers had got the CCTV footage from an office building which captured the alleged first assault.

Italian side Lazio want to sign West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison on a pre-contract for the summer

He said that, in her statement, Miss Mansoor said she remembered her boyfriend standing in front of her and then waking up on the floor with him standing over her.
Mr Mathieson continued: 'When reviewing the CCTV footage, it's clear there's a gap she doesn't remember between those two statements.
'She's seen falling, or slumping to the ground, remaining there for a minute or two before, quite clearly, the defendant and her friend come to her assistance, trying to get her to stand up.
'And it is right, thereafter, the Porsche Panamera, the defendant's car, is seen to come, she's put, bundled or half-carried into the car and she's then taken home.
'It's quite clear from that CCTV footage there's no assault at that stage.

'The Crown have to accept there's a gap in the evidence and the Crown is in the position where they have to reconsider the prospect of a conviction and offer no evidence in respect of count one.'

I think the original statement should have read as follows:

'Out of control and kicked out by Sir Alex & Man U, disappointing attitude whilst at QPR so they were happy to get rid, annoyed Allerdyce at West Ham because of his inability to address behavioural issues and mature, and finally sent back by Cardiff due to failing to pursuade Slade he was worth the risk for the high salary demanded.

Lazio, may now be willing to take a gamble that they can succeed where some of the best managers in the world have failed or given up on him'.

Perhaps my version adds a little balance. Let's face it, we all want Cardiff City to start addressing debt issues and stop over paying prima donna's with bad attitudes who don't give a sh*t about the club, so let's appluad the club for not getting lumbered with a waster with excess baggage and a habit of throwing away chances that your average fan can only ever dream of.

Lets be honest here we signed Morrison whilst on these charges.

Also yes we want the debt to go down :thumbright: But you have to have a balance of Quality players & Battlers if you want to go back up :thumbright: :bluescarf:

It's not just the latest case though is it. He has history and trouble follows him everywhere he goes.

Whilst none of us really know what he's like on a personal basis, he clearly has issues and has failed to detach himself from the wrong influences despite having every opportunity afforded him.

I'm glad we are not taking chances on problem characters and are now focusing on hard working professionals who perhaps appreciate their opportunities and value their careers as footballers such that they want to play their hardest and give everything they have for whatever club pays them.

You say that, then Our CEO should of not allowed us to sign him, Simon Lim.

I rem Alan Whitley was on charges,we gave him a CEO job whilst on them, then he was removed as they said court case was coming up lol Whitley found not guilty. Same old story.

He's not our player and never has been, some people are obsessed with ex players and in this case ex loanee player. For every Rudy Gestede their are ten who disappear in to the wilderness. Players come, players go, the club and fans remain. No doubt has talent but for whatever reason hasn't cemented a starting place.

No manager has been able to get anything out of him consistently. A genuine england player if he was to apply himself. But if you are to much for Big Sam who has dealt with many players who supposedly came with baggage, and you dont have the attitude to commit to hard work at Manchester United, there is something wrong somewhere, and i dont think its the past managers!

1. He is far too inconsistent. He's the English Taarabt. A true class act when he turns it on but he only does it when it suits him
2. All the people claiming he was guilty before the trial, and I remember there were a few, should hang their heads in shame

Ravel, Dahli and Guerra gone and we're left with a squad full of hoof ball journeymen. Apart from Manga, not an ounce of class left. This doesn't bode well. Its not even like the journeymen we have left in midfield have any fighting spirit, with the exception of Gunnar. Pity help us!

Is quite obvious that RM was a million miles away from the playing ethos that RS is working to instill at our club, & the last thing RS want now is another "rotten apple" in the barrel.

Skill & potential,,,yes. Commitment & good attitude???

He was never our player in the first place, end of!
