That is exactly what Khaleem Hyland is. If we can pair Hyland and Dickagcoi together in defensive midfield, then the rest of midfield focus more on their attacking game. We could even add Adeyemi as the 3rd midfielder alongside Dickagcoi and Hyland but have Adeyemi further ahead of the two defensive midfielders, as Adeyemi has got the legs to go box to box and he has plenty of energy. Which would leave the three up front. We have to add pace to our side and that's why Noone and Harris should be either side of our striker. Also, the striker that we need has to be able to score the goals that we need to progress further up the table. Not only do we need a goalscorer, we need a goalscorer who has loads of pace. I feel that with Noone and Harris focussing mainly on the attacking side of their game and whoever the goalscorer we sign is - if we sign one. Then those three with their pace would make the defenders of the Championship, especially the older, slower and bigger centre halves, absolutely s*it themselves when coming up against us.
This would be the team formation that I would like to see us choose:-
--------------------------Marshall----------------------------
Brayford---------Manga--------Turner------------Malone
--------------Hyland---------------Dickagcoi--------------
-------------------------Adeyemi---------------------------
-------Harris----------New Striker---------Noone---------
Personally, I like the look of that team. It may look like I have Adeyemi behind the front man, but Adeyemi wouldn't be the classic Number 10 player, he would be playing just a little bit further up from Hyland and Dickagcoi. I think with a quality striker we would be a match for anyone in this league. Obviously, the tactics and the way they played would have to be tweaked but that is the managers job.
