If only Mother Tan had given her wisdom to Vincent when he was uptight about Malky's texts. She would have told Vincent to turn the other cheek.
The irony is that Malky may well have kept us up in the premier league and we would STILL be playing in her son's beloved RED shirts !
Mother always knows best !

Take a look at the thoughts of the Wigan fans on their fan forum!!!

What a ridiculous post

Lol
Just read the Wigan comments. We're well shot of Malky.

His record at Wigan
P9.
W1. D1. L7 thank god he's gone
Sun Jan 11, 2015 3:45 pm
I think it is bordering on fact that we would have had a better shot of staying up with him than under Solksjaer.
But he is gone so there we are.
Sun Jan 11, 2015 4:44 pm
yes - had we carried on with Malky collecting the same number of points (and we had played most of the big teams away when Malky left), we would have stayed up.
His record at Wigan is totally irrelevant.
but the post was about irony, which is lost on some people.

We could have won the league and I wouldn't want a racist piece of shit managing my football club

still missing the point about irony....whether Malky is useless or a mass murderer...
if he was still here there is a good chance we would still be playing in red...that is the irony...
never mind....

Really cos in January we had both Manchester clubs arsenal and chelsea
Lol
We wouldn't have stayed up under Mackay either summisimg we would have just to save that arseholes job is a load of bollocks
He wasn't cut out for premier league neither was solskjaer

Ha!
For a start. There is literally no Irony here, for a start.
Plus, why on earth would anybody (apart from a fellow bigot) tell Tan he should "turn the other cheek" about the vile messages that prick was sending.
Even if we could have stayed in the premier with malky (we couldn't... we were doing REALLY badly in the prem, that's one of the reasons Tan was able to sack him without too many fans moaning) I wouldn't want to. I'd rather be able to be proud of my club and the fact that our manager isn't a racist sexist piece of shit than win the prem with somebody like that
Also to confirm... No Irony. There is nothing ironic here.

Incredible really if we got called a white whatever you wouldn't see it as rasicsm but if you seen someone calling a black person something you'd say it was rasicsm

full of shit really
Does racism only apply to black people ..

Please explain where the Irony is here?
Mon Jan 12, 2015 11:42 am
Just humour me

and assume that Malky would have kept us up.
Tan sacked Malky and we end up in Championship.
Pro blue protests escalate due to relegation.
Tan forced to change back to blue.
Following this - purely hypothetic thread - it could be viewed ironic, that Tan getting rid of Malky also got rid of the red shirts.

I completely disagree that Malky would have kept us up. If he had it would have been a VERY hard fought battle
Even IF we can agree that...hypothetically, there's still no irony. there's nothing counter intuitive about Getting rid of Malky meaning getting rid of the red shirts.
Irony
Noun
the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.
a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often wryly amusing as a result.
He was a prick anyway. Took a lot of us for a ride, making us think he was this friendly man of the people all the time lining his pockets and sending horrible messages which have once again damaged the name of football and reinstated the public view that it's a boy's club... and a white boy's club at that.

Also, RE Malky keeping us up
