scrappy play

I think we'd all agree, not the best fluid football today

it was scrappy BUT it was good to see our players scrapping for once and putting the work in.

Le Fondre was unlucky at times, but he never stopped moving, the new lads worked hard and it's great to see a defender who can look up and play a long ball which is actually TO somebody (and with great accuracy) and the only let down for me was Whitts who didn't seem to0 be playing the same game today.

Some wonderful work fron Noone and Adeyemi and the back four did look pretty good most of the match.

Moore in goal is something I would be happy with long term, is Marshall left. Though he did have a couple of moments where inexperience showed through, it was great to see our keeper come out and command the box a little more

all plus points for me today, beutiful to see the boys come out in blue and I wouldn't have missed it

It was definitely scrappy the whole 90 but fans behind the team and a proper shift put in by all the players makes the 3 points in this kind of game. Plenty of room for improvement but we can work from this fresh start. Also Malone looks good let's hope it continues and shores up our leaky defence.
