County are now in one of the promotion places.

A County lad just told me,Pompeys lads had intended to just have a drink with them,then OB intervened.

To be fair then he has a point. Last season I got chatting with Birmingham lads and asked them if they fancied drinking in our pub the Standed and gave them assurances that no harm would come to them while with me and in return they said come and meet our lads down the laines. Took them into our pub and everyone looked but because they were with me then we had a good hour before we ventured to there pub, on the way it got a bit hostile until Brighton knew these Brummies were with me and I spent the next 3 hours with Brummies top lads, drinking and just having a good time.

We knew the score and there wasn't any animosity towards either side. Great evening and thats how it should be, lads drinking and socializing with like minded lads.

Lads can drink with other lads , We've had a few with us over the years & come away with us.
