its well known that managers and agents operate and specialise within a close circle
and those signings outside of that are often a struggle unless your well respected.
we'll be stuck with your Rotherhams Millwalls Leyton orients and port vales.

Call it bargain hunt strategy if you like, but I really think the reality is
small transfers will turn us into a small championship club.

If we come out of January with no solution to start playing like a top quality side
maybe we need a fresh new blue revolution.
I would take a young manager with a passion maybe someone whos played in the championship for
years but also played top level.

We need to become a small championship club to then rebuild and kick on. Throwing money at the club is not the long term viable and sensible solution. The sensible solution is cutting back to ensure the club is better placed to start making profit it can invest itself to move forward with little money coming from the way of loans.
