While I did not share the same view as those who boycotted from the start of the re-brand, I nevertheless respected their decision. But the vast majority accepted the re-brand reluctantly, myself included, in exchange for Tan's money for new players etc. which he duly provided. Now we have called off the deal and are expecting Tan to do as we want. The whole thing leaves a bit of a nasty taste in my mouth and I am wondering if I am alone in thinking this.
On the positive side, it does appear that the fans acted with at least some dignity last night but I hope against hope there will be an absence of triumphalism if the expected return to blue transpires.

Never said that. In fact I was pointing out the possibility that Tan could give us back the blue shirts with one hand and change our name with the other. To me this would be far, far worse than playing in red. Get it now? Or would you settle for a name change as long as we wear blue? I'd be interested to know.

What the hell are you on about. Your the only one talking of a name change and we all know the FA wouldn't allow that.
No to name change, no to red.
