Just listened to it all, and what I must say is how well Sian Branson spoke! Never been a fan of BU, they messed up multiple times, but she spoke brilliantly and deserves credit!

Agreed Callum. Credit to her massively. Owe her a massive thank you. She's kept the noise around the colour and bluebird and has even in the face of adversity not backed down. Have Bluebirds Unite got things wrong at times? Yes, but lets be honest. What reactionary collective group doesn't? Bluebirds Unite isn't a political party or a business. It was a reactionary group that was always going to make mistakes here and there. I've not been since the Brighton game but I've stayed pretty quiet on the issue as I honestly believed that Tan would never turn us back. It made sense to me that he would as he could become a hero overnight but I still believed his stubbornness would overwhelm that logical choice. All the fans that walked away, all the fans that didn't buy red merchandise, all the fans that travelled and wore blue and kept chanting blue, all the fans that travelled to away games proudly wearing blue - all of that collectively has led to this moment. Its easy for people to say 'oh a boycott was all it took' but I'm a believer that without everything else that has gone on in the build up to that, that it wouldn't have got to this anyway. This has been an accumulation of everything from the marches to the people protesting via social networks to the people that simply didn't put anymore money into the club. Moving forward we need to recognise that and stop bickering. Arguing about players due to match day frustration will always occur and so will a degree of fan bickering but on the level its been over the last few years, if we do end up blue, then we need to leave the past in the past and move forward.
