New badge ideas

Seen a few haven't liked any of them much but greatly appreciate the effort, also I know how potty and hard (for me!) photoshop is as you can tell with my messy effort, which hasn't come out nowhere near like i had in mind, but i want it simple, big bluebird, little dragon and importantly I love the font on the front of CCS/Old Ninian park so have used that with 1899, and as a nod to the vertical stripe of the 70's a yellow white border, if anyone who rocks on photoshop can knock something up like that particularly with the stadium font would get my vote.

I reckon we should do a celebration kit, as in remake the kit in your avatar. Would be brilliant!

According to the official records, Cardiff City Football Club were formed on the 5th September 1908 .
It was Riverside Cricket Club AFC who were formed in 1899, not Cardiff City. They played in the local leagues wearing a quite disgusting chocolate and orange quartered strip, and whilst they may have had the same guy behind them (Bartley Wilson), who later went on to organise and form our great club, they were NOT Cardiff City !
This misconception that we wore those colours is completely wrong.
Cardiff City's first ever colours were Blue, and their first ever badge was the city coat of arms.
These continued to be our colours for over a hundred years until we were forced to change to red.

Yes , intreging. Because in 1998' we had a centenary pre season tournament arranged with wimbledon, and Shamrock rovers. If my mind serves me well those games didnt take place

Crikey you got me there, certainly got that wrong thats always been my mindset that date! For some reason!

Anyway just replace it with the correct date!!!

Absolutely love this, needs a bit of tweeking but that's the best idea I've seen so far.

A lot of fans seem to want to go back to the previous badge but I think we should go for something different.
