The selected 40 or upto 100....

I'm sure this has been asked already but how were the original 40 selected and how has it now increased to around 100 as skysports reported??? How have the extra 60 got invited? Are they all people ITK??

Probs all the ppl who spend countless unpaid hours of tgeir own time arranging trips, facilitating message boards and enduring fans of the club are always fully informed of everything going on day in day out going above and beyond for all fans
