Alex Revell could he actually be the answer???? (Positives)

I know not many of us have actually stopped to think about it but look at the facts.The likes of Sheffield United, Bristol City, Coventry, Preston, Barnsley and Birmingham were all keen on landing the 31-year-old striker.
He missed Saturday's harrowing 5-1 FA Cup defeat to Bournemouth, attributed to a chest infection, and it was the first time in 121 games he has not been included in the matchday squad, going back to October 2012! He strikes me as a committed player!
He fired Rotherham into this league with a fantastic brace and has two promotion charges to his name!
Not exactly scoring for fun at Rotherham but some decent performances at some clubs particularly Orient where he scored every other game! Could Slade get him firing like that for us? Its a big if but you cant rule it out!!!!

I will never judge until he's had a good run in the team. Football is a team game not an individual game, he could well be a good addition or a flop. You can't tell! Get him in!

He reminds me of Gestede hard working will always be a pain for defenders and but always unappreciated and Gestede is now flourishing at Blackburn so i don't see why not and for only 175k you can't complain.

Time will tell am sure Blackburn fans didn't want gestede! One never knows!

A few strikers we've had off them have done ok

Dont want to be negative but he doesnt seem to be the player to push us on to the play offs and further. Also at 31 he is obviously only a short term "solution". I wish him well as an individual but I think it shows Slade (Tan) is hoping to stay in the Championship and that is about all.
