No they weren't. Most people were slating Slade before he got here.

Yes, Slade has overseen six wins, putting his overall win ratio at a serviceable 42.86% (compared to Solksjaer's 30%) but it's pretty obvious that under his charge the club is going backwards at a rate of knots.

Please explain how a win percentage of "servicable" 43% is going backwards after Ole's 9 out of 30 (roughly 30%

One thing Cardiff supporters demand is passion. If the players don't have it, then it's up to the manager to inject some. That's what he gets paid for.

A large amount of the lack of passion is due to the background goings on at the club and the fact that our stadium is a library for most games. The FANS also have a duty to help the players remain positive, and we have not been doing that for a large part

Then there are seasoned pros like Nicky Maynard, Kim Bo-Kyung, Etien Velikonja, Javi Guerra and Guido Burgstaller, who are stuck in a weird kind of limbo, picking up fat pay packets every week but not being given the chance to justify it. It's not sustainable.

So slade comes in during a time when no transfers are allowed... and you expect him to ship out the players how? They were given chances under Ole... they failed, miserably.

The latest news coming out of the club is that Slade is bringing in Islam Feruz on loan from Chelsea, a 19-year old who has only ever made one senior appearance, and that was when he was loaned to a club in Greece. Why? Who knows.

If he's good enough for Chealsea to have him on the books... people complain if we get players from lower divisions... and complain if we get promising youngsters from higher league clubs...

I meant in a more general sense. If you want to talk just about percentages, look at his recent record.

Obviously, the fans play their part. Or are supposed to. But they have no influence in the dressing room. I still maintain that's what the manager is supposed to do.

Ole didn't give Maynard, Velikonja or Guerra a chance. My point about Slade is that these players are there, we are paying their wages, and as you say they couldn't be moved at the time, so why not utilise them.

Hahahahaha! Just because he is on Chelsea's books it doesn't mean he's instantly going to improve our team. If u really believe that you are a fool. Look at his pedigree. He has none. Potential yes, pedigree no.
