Keep it sensible, what questions should be asked on Thursday?
Tue Jan 06, 2015 12:11 am
Aside the obvious shirt and badge issue which will obviously be a main priority - I think high on the list should be the seating arrangements in the ground. Recently it was said chelsea are looking at changing things around to put all the singers etc together and closer to the away fans to create a better atmosphere and we should do the same. Either swap the away toward the canton end or change the family stand with the canton and bring back the 'grange end'. This way we'd have a constant back and forth singing and abuse with the opposing fans which you need for an atmosphere! They shouldn't be worried about trouble there's still enough segregation etc. and these modern stadiums are designed to deal with these problems.

Posted this in another thread but I think this should be asked:
"Vincent tan has recently said that us fans haven't kept our side of the deal with regards to the rebrand. One of the conditions, and most important to a lot of people was the conversion of debt to equity which still hasn't happened. does Vincent tan still plan on converting debt to equity? If not will he return us to blue and apologise for not keeping to his part of the deal?"
As stated also the seating arrangements, pricing, over zealous stewards, why so much cost cutting...

What are their thoughts on the serious threat of the NoBlueNoRenew campaign?
Tue Jan 06, 2015 12:17 am
Questions? There's only 1,well a demand more than a question. We want our home shirts blue. That's it

He cannot go ahead with the debt to equity deal as Mike Issacs is still owns 11% shares, the deal was that tan would buy his shares but Mike went back on the deal... Well thats what I've been informed.

If I were to ask a question it would be as follows.....
Q. In my opinion we have a common interest. VT would like a profit on his investment. As supporters we would like our history restored and, as a whole, we all want success. Berjaya of course means "success" is Malay. How do we achieve this whilst, at the same time, ensuring that VT does not appear to be backing down. I ask this as, it is my understanding of Malaysian Culture, that it is not good to be seen to be backing down.

When are you leaving mr Tan?
Tue Jan 06, 2015 8:08 am
Back to blue, badge, atmosphere i.e. Swapping canton and family stand, stewarding, no ambition in managerial or player appointments, why are the best players being sold/released.
Tue Jan 06, 2015 8:40 am
even with the change back to blue fans will still leave
the standard of football is shocking slade was not the right man for the job
a complete overall is required
Tue Jan 06, 2015 9:49 am
I read somewhere recently there is ahead of the General Election an all party instruction to include in their manifestos that football fans get more involvement in their respective clubs ...... maybe this meeting is Tan & CCFC just complying to government or potential government policies ??

Apart from the obvious there is one question I would like asked.
Q. What is the reason for Javi Guerra being frozen out of the whole squad, IMO he is potentially our best striker?
Tue Jan 06, 2015 11:36 am
1. Why did the club announce that the rebrand was initially 'accepted' when there was no consultation with season ticket holders just an alleged chosen few, whom by all accounts only had two agree to the change of colour and badge. And also after initiall backing down due to fan pressure.
2.Why are we persisting with the rebrand, when the reason given was for a new global identity and for increased revenue from red replica kits overseas. What are the figures two years on? Clearly it's never been accepted, yet the owner States on Xmas day that's it's hear to stay, why continue and risk more supporters wrath an negative media attention? It should never have happened, it needs to be reversed asap to regalvanise the club.
3. Confirmation of wether Tan is interfering in influencing football matters, transfers, training, tactics etc. not forgetting the man said a few years ago that he hardly knew the sport at all.
4. In relation to point 3 was Tony Pulis overlooked as manager and if so why, when the reigning premier league manager of the year was allegedly interested in the job despite everything that was going on at the club.
5. Why is it the same people get the opportunity to attend these things? What's all that about? Do you have to make yourself a high profile fan!
Quite frankly I am happy to wait on debt to equity, swapping of stands, stewarding etc. for me priority is an immediate reversal of the rebrand restoring our identity, and clarity on both why the rebrand went ahead with false statements saying that it had been accepted and also Tans alleged involvement in team matters, as quite frankly I don't want a yes man as manager of my club.

Hopefully if we we were to go back to blue, and we were all together , owner down to the occasional supporter, then everything should follow.
Debt to equity
Atmosphere
Success
But everyone as got to put the past behind us forgive and forget, and move forward together.
Mistakes have been made from both sides.
So my only question would be -
Mr Tan can you turn us back to blue from next season, and have red as an away strip .
Lets put this sorry mess behind us and move forward together (no blame no shame).
