Has Slade been brought in, not allowed to change his staff and sign low budget players for a reason? I think Tan may have brought in Slade as I think he will now try and get as much money out of CCFC, by hiring a manager who's wage obviously isn't very high and then selling the better players to recuperate some of the money he has lost in Cardiff city, before hopefully leaving Cardiff for good.

I knew what was going on when slade was appointed it wasnt rocket science tan was down grading and only now others are getting this it seems, he will take the parachute payments over the next 1-2 season and get something back i think rather than nothing(cost cutting galore). Its what i think is going on anyway. I couldnt care less if we had 11 bilbore baggins playing out there on £250 a week aslong as that plebb tan fucks off

I don't get this employ a cheap Manager ???
Surely a top Manager like Pullis can win promotion, and buy the right players at the right price without overpaying on wages ????
So user money on the Manager to save money on staff and get better results ???

Ithink that the owner has had a change of direction and as given up on the promised land. It is clear that they shave brought in a low key manager on a shoestring. Outed the quality players to bring in funds and get them off the wage bill and yjere will be an influx of lower league players.
There are also cut back (staff, etc) at the stadium. Yes, we needed to be a bit more sensible with money but I think that the owner is just pulling in the purse strings with possibly a view to sell.

I read an article on Tan ages ago but cant find it now. He bought a social media company, Napster maybe or another not sure.
Anyway it was making a loss every month so he basically cut back everything made the company a lot smaller and self sufficant while selling off other parts to facebook (I think). In the end he made a huge profit and the original company continued as a much smaller company but not making a loss.
