Fitness of players and coaches

If the players were as unfit as Slade claims when he took over, and I think that is an assessment we can all agree with, why on earth are the same coaches involved in their pre-season anywhere near our squad?

To me one of the biggest things Slade should be doing is getting rid of some of the coaches and getting some new coaches in... Bellamy is a very welcome addition to the coaching staff but why are others still at the club? Is it that Tan wants them there even though they are implicit in the shambles of pre-season and training?

Because VT has said Slade must use the existing staff hence Scott young assistant manager
