FA CUP ROUND UP: Eagles soar at Dover, Blades humble Hoops, Black Cats ease through

Today's FA Cup action.

4th January 2015

Crystal Palace booked their place in the fourth round of the tournament with an emphatic victory over Dover Athletic.

The Eagles, under the management of Alan Pardew, recorded a 4-0 victory over the non-league side at Crabble.

A brace from Scott Dann and strikes from Dwight Gayle ensured the Eagles qualified for the next round, and made sure Pardew kicked off his reign with a victory.

OFF TO A FLYERL Alan Pardew saw his Crystal Palace side record a comprehensive 4-0 victory over non-league Dover Athletic earlier today.

Meanwhile, the upset of the day took place at Loftus Road, where QPR were eliminated by League 1 side Sheffield United.

The Blades put their hosts to sword by inflicting an embarrassing 3-0 defeat upon Harry Redknapp's side.

Mark McNulty bagged the Blades' first, and that strike was followed by a brace from Jamal Campbell-Ryce.

Elsewhere, Sunderland saw off Leeds at the Stadium of Light.

Gus Poyet's side recorded a 1-0 victory over the Whites thanks to a 32nd-minute strike from Chelsea loanee Patrick van Aanholt.

There are more Wrexham fans at Stoke today than there were Cardiff & Colchester fans at the Cardiff City Stadium on Friday.

Games to be played in the 24 or 25th of January. Will TV interfere with these dates?

Can't see this game being of any interest unless BBC Wales put it on again.
