How the f**k do you think the clubs outside of the rich ones survive in the premiership....by having good scouts who trawl the lower divisions. There are gems out there, just have to dig deep enough to find them.

Only a few years ago Charlie Austin was playing non league football. Players are out there, problem is finding them.

Charlie austin, Dwight gayle, luke vardy heck Craig noone all non league players at some point, just because certain players don't get a break and stuck playing non league and lower division football don't male them bad players

Got to be honest, I'm not a fan of Slades, but we've been down the path of having players with Prem experience, who have turned out to be dog shite, with no heart for a battle. I quite like the idea of signing hungrier lower league players, who would probably bust a gut for us. Look at Ricky Lambert and Charlie Austin now and where they came from.
